I am so late to this party.. Better late than never.. I got in on the initial news of the court case win late in the day, sold, and got back in a few days ago @ .0315 and plan to go long now.

There are some serious algorithms being seen in L2. As I got back in, I stalled the biggest 500k algo by painting my bid halfway between where the algo kept posting bids and asks. It basically flat-lined the stock till the algo had to raise its' bid. We are not seeing too many new bidders since the last news release unless it is people trying to get in late day 911 trades. That algo keeps posting back and forth between bid and ask, trying to suck this ticker dry. Then yesterday, 420man took the 'AskHole' out completely towards the end of the day. Surprised me. Never seen anything like that.
