This one was a real doozy. According to Kommandant Adi who rules the Official board with an iron fist:

In order to keep shorters guessing, they have to keep us all guessing. We might as well get used to it.

When they're ready, they'll unleash press releases and/or 8-k's to officially announce material information. It sure was nice having all of the updates, but not worth it at this stage of their growth as flippers have a field day with it..

So they don't want to release any more rosy "updates" that never result in anything because they only encourage shorters to see they are talking inflated rubbish and help themselves to easy money in the market because of the unbelievability.

And, of course, they steer well clear of announcing important actual developments such as the departure of Doug Gillem and the Eagle Spirit pollution fiasco.
