IMO ... $DEVM is the ONLY thing being stated throughout
the filings as "THE COMPANY" and has clearly been stated
as the oversight of both Baum Boutique LLC and Vantage Lofts LLC
which are both LLC's filed in Florida .

It appears that from previos notes , primarily if all recall
where Rick Baker had a part in assiting fixing some issues (I am
sure from His Mayor and Attorney days) on "FRANCHISING items"
in the State of Florida Cities (which comes to find out is getting
incentives on Utilities in some format. This was on the St. Pete
EDGE (Baum Boutique) project .

The ORganization Flow Chart helped me out the most on the recent filings
as a "PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS" on how this started with
the EDGE Baum Boutique project , how it was actually simplified on the Vantage Lofts project ... both being separated operationg agreements .

Tell me they have continued to fine tune for the next projects and
made it very simple ( in terms of Boustead Securities) , while a very
complex setup to get the best .

2. Keep themselves open to apply for Incentives, like stated going after
the incentive at the EDGE project for City Tax Incentives.
3. Tax Purposes and Tax Incentives.
4. Protect Shareholders interest
5. Making sure $DEVM has FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL in moving forward
6. Keeping all options open see ( BONA FIDE OFFERS from Third Parties)
That may the real payoff for the value .
7. Has developed a Marketing Template to take to other Florida and
Southern State Cities for Urban Development Projects... via Rick
Baker who can lay out the step by step process.
8. Develop and do the ground work for future projects and possible to
have BRAND Names (like Marriott and others ) want to invest and or
purchase which means more $$$$$
