Our Vytex has the R symbol, which means Registered Trademark. The Vytex tubing has the TM symbol, which just means Trademark, but it isn't registered. They are different companies.

Hello cantwaittoretire. Having issues with the Vytex ( TM) & (R).. Obviously it’s a date when VYSTAR was registered but as you can also see if one searches Vytex ( TM ) that VYSTAR is indeed the company. I have seen both Vytex ( TM ) and Vytex (R) . Is it registered in a specific type compared to not needing to be registered. Anyone with knowledge on the trademark/register insignia ????

Example (TM)

This shows commercially available with Vytex(TM)

Vytex ( TM ) and Vytex ( R ), Same .

$$VYST$$
