Every company has a story. HERB did a massive asset swap and stopped filing afterwards. That is not unusual, actually. I've seen lots of Chinese companies that stopped filing after a reorganization.
HERB is leaving IMO. Either merging with a sister in Shanghai, or, going private. They already have the cash. BANG. Goodbye. And God bless. Gimme my money!
If they file now... the only thing it would do is open them up to potential lawsuits and screw up any plan they may have.
The other thing about HERB that makes the chance for a comeback bigger than other Chinese gone dark companies,is that they have already done it once - that is filing after going dark.So they might do it again.
