This "index" is biased towards "MJ" cannabis stocks. POTN is not an MJ stock. IMO the OTC is looking for a class action lawsuit from all of the "quality" non-MJ hemp and cbd companies. It is all cannabis, yet the hemp/cbd sector of companies is excluded.
