As player...2 possibility here...if VIZC is fraud or is not ? pps says majority 90% think VIZC is FRAUD...only 10% believe..it's not....
1234 in that 10%...with very good position...if reinstatement comes than doesn't matter who got at .0001 or .0003 as SHE will see .003 immediately/imo
