Well, evidence on buybacks is mixed. It might help given the tiny volume. Then again it is far more important that they keep a laser focus on reducing production times and production costs.
SMET seems very speculative now. I'm assuming that is zero, but I nevertheless hope they can get to a run rate of $48M on tier 1, some tier 2, and some international.
