Imo, this is great. USMJ and nouv are under the same CEO. They both have a good amount of shares. This is a way to reduce that, the amount of shares. Both USMJ and nouv can afford to pay out a dividend without a rs that can harm the investors. We owe pura a diviy, we can pretty much handle the payout without the split, plus reduce the Share Structure at the same time so all can benefit. I think USMJ did the right move and hope nouv goes the same direction which they said in a PR, that they were looking to avoid going that route. This will be a great move for NOUV, reduce the SS and not harming the nouv investor, and even may help the pps.
