IS HISTORY REPEATING ITSELF?

I mean, this reminds me of "Sneaky J's" first PR (March 13, 2017) about Naomi Village Resort and the grand plans for it. But, alas, Naomi Village Resort was sold just 2 months after that PR at bank auction!!! :-(

So, wondering, did NSAV win the Heineken trademark infringement lawsuit so they will be able to use the brand name "Tiger" on those newly-printed products?

(Been wondering, did "Sneaky J" Tilton PR the grand plans for Naomi Village Resort, and also that great "Grow Operation", actually believe his wife, d/b/a/ Red Mansion LLC, would WIN against the bank or did he simply hope to get a short-term PUMP in the share price (WHICH HE DID!!!) by prematurely PRing Naomi Village Resort and the "Grow Operation" to dupes? (Personally, I believe it's the latter. ;-)) Well, I think he might be doing it again. (Where is the SEC after so many complaints?) :-(

Anyhow, if the court case IS still on-going it just might be that these things might end up totally WORTHLESS JUST LIKE THE PR OF NAOMI VILLAGE RESORT AND THE "GROW OPERATION" WERE TO INVESTORS HERE!!

Yep, appears to me that NSAV history is repeating itself. :-(

(Oh wait, or has the lawsuit been settled and nobody bothered posting the verdict online yet? Well, I for one, can't find it.)
