All agree with you. However at the end the tax payers are still participating to the mess. We need to pay our judges.

As far as Eddie Lampert, it is still up to him to play golf with that stained dirty shirt and this nice brownish white golf pants.

Matter fact, he should start filling Chapter 11 paperwork for the New Sears.
Think about it! How many times is he going to screw the future creditors? Wonder what kind of guaranty HPS was able to get?

So yes, it looks bad, but imo, there is a plan that only few knows. Won't find it here in the literature of the experts.
