This is a good analogy for Free Mkt Capitalism in general when Americans have more savings/profits left over (dollars/shares) to “vote” on products and services that deliver value.

When politicians want to interfere or tax Americans more so that decisions with our savings/shares are decided not by those who earned the money or have shares but by political means.

Aitkenresearch, I could live with 3 new trustees.
Seeing that YouTube video was enlightening. Looks
like TPL management sent a female lawyer over to
prevent the event from happening. Apparently, she
owned no shares and I am surprised that she wasn't
ejected from the meeting. Management did everything
they could ever do in the worst way possible. The
trustees could have (and in all honestly should have)
welcomed Mr. Oliver with open arms. Instead, they
drew a line in the sand. So, they deserve whatever
consequences they get. As desperate as the trustees
were to keep Oliver out, the shareholders now will
be just as adamant to get the trustees removed.
