Your comments means ZERO when the SEC is satisfied with the answers and documents they got from the company.

I personally don't care if they write down assets or not. And I don't care if SIAF can't own land in China, they have the right to use it for 50-60 years and the leases can be renewed. it's not like anybody care if a boat get scrapped after 20 years, they still pay millions for them when they are making money, money they company uses for dividends and new boats.
