Did not I say there are exceptions and frauds?, and they will get caught and punished. Higher exchanges are far serious about scams and frauds.

If the market believes in this NASDAQ and all the numbers that have been thrown around here, we would be at 0.5 cents. It is the pattern that has been developed that makes the market don't believe anything. hence the volatility. This is different when a CEO in a big board talks, nothing is 100% (always exceptions to the rule)

We will run when favorable news come, and then it is a call time.
