AXSM seems has a habit of not being keep their promises when come to reporting trial topline data :-(.

AXS-05 p3 for TRD at least delayed twice.

I was waiting to for AXS-12 topline data before i buying more as I would like not to have to wait for a shoe-drop.

Axsome currently does not anticipate future equity financings prior to the readout from its Phase 3 trials.

Because they know that the stock price is going to be much higher after these phase 3 results are announced. They'll get 3/4/5 times the money for 1/10th the shares. Based on that statement, it seems they may need money to get them through commercialization, but that could also come from a partner just as easily as selling a little stock.
