Pressure sometimes works. Thanks for posting. It’s crazy to think that a judge’s ruling would/could be impacted by public pressure but hey, it’s happened before. Judges are human.
I can tell you that we need to call during business hours. On the weekends they will only take emergencies. Their definition of emergency (local rule 27.3) is different than mine. If it is an emergency you could press 2 to be connected to the emergency duty deputy. I wonder if we could get some attention if they received several or a bunch of calls because we think this constitutes an emergency. Or would we get a personal visits from a real deputy for tying up an emergency phone line? I am tempted to press 2. Go FnF!
I see only Phone Numbers, but have You also some Email Addresses to Clerks Office and Counsel To Clerks Office, so that some very nice and kindly formulated Question Letter could been sent ?
