The common dropped significantly from November through December. It was just under 1 dollar in late December

Not sure what you mean by saying that the common is up nicely since Nov. but okay.

It is up nicely the last 6 months.

Hmmm what noticed is that if common goes up without a corresponding surge on preferred, it tends to lose the gains. Overall I think theres upside on both
