This is a major point, snakess. I really hope your "grapevine" is correct about this type of funding going forward if any significant acquisition or expansion plans in the works. It would open the door to all sorts of possibilities, without the all-too-often stab of dilution. If they go this route and/or with partnerships the 6's will look like chump change.

Nothing sucks worse than enjoying a nice run, only to have the dilution bomb put a damper on the whole party; given PRED has no l/t debt right now, and the management holding significant positions, it would seem such funding would be the most favorable option for all...assuming the underlying reason for such financing is sound (which I would assume would be the case).

Do you think there is truth behind this "grapevine" tidbit beyond the more general whispers of optimism blown' from the vineyards of Captain Morgan?
