I got ya. I'm sure you know I am echoing Joey's constant excuse about "rain". Unfortunately, I think the "concept works" at 40,000 feet but not when you take a look at ground level. There's already way too much negativity here so I try hard not to poop on my investment. Not sure if that makes sense? Good luck to us...
