Ok , ya there are more dollar going into mining , the metals coal etc are mony makers now at this price, it does take bucks and time for start ups, China was a good place for kick off. Just over 1 billion moneys to be had of the start, not peanuts and some seem to think that 25 in china could be had, any way there is the rest of the word to market, the Russian mines, would be close the way the crow flys, seems they have targeted markets allready in the future picture, also south of us, as someone brought up in past news realeases.
