You forget that pancreatic cancer is the proving ground, the way we can get breakthrough in the least time for the least trial cost.

The big money is diabetes but surgical chemotherapy without side effects that can reduce tumors before operation will also be hugely valuable.

Just returned from my 15th ASCO meeting and for the 15th consecutive year, no mention of Pharmacyte, Nuvilex, Austrianova, cell in a box, etc.

Watt? No mention of the Kenny wonder treatment for PC?

Meanwhile, we're seeing PARP inhibitors (BRCA or BRCA-like germline mutations) and other therapies making progress in pancreatic cancer.

Then there are the KRAS drugs under development. Where the KRAS mutations are considered critical targets in PC.

Butt, who needs such drugs when one has the Kenny wonder treatment. It's being suggested its "surgical chemo" whatever the hay that might be. Did any of the sessions at ASCO use such a term?

Yesterday it was suggested Thermo Fisher just can wait to acquire PMCB. Because they like to buy gene therapy, and immuno treatments. Presto the Kenny wonder treatment is now one or the other , or both. Did any of the sessions at ASCO equate Metronomic chemo with an alkylating agent as being an immuno therapy?
