After OEDVQ just hit 0.0018 most recently why someone is still willing to sell the Dirt Cheap shares at 0.0009 which is ridiculous low based on current joke low MV? I bet the seller forgot this hidden gem can easily run 100-Bagger+ Giant Quick rally from its All-Time-Low to hit the Penny Land again...
