float is still tiny and market cap is too small for what they are doing. i guess if flippers sell and market tanks we could see $4's again but i would be surprised. i expect more partnerships and data which should bolster the stock price. they have very low cash burn rate, plenty of money, they are buying back stock and most investors that hold the tiny float are longer term investors, not flippers
