When a company is not registered with the SEC, said company CANNOT file an SEC Form, such as a 10-Q or 10-K, a Form 3/4, and/or an 8-K! A Form 8-K is filed to report an SEC registrant's Material Events to the investors.

DUE TO THE FACT SPRV IS NOT REGISTERED WITH THE SEC, SPRV IS PRECLUDED FROM FILING AN 8-K!

LOL! It is interesting to make note there is no mention of "BACK TO BACK FINANCIAL REPORTS", which is the only thing that will possibly make this piece of junk move! All the other cited "promotional activities" have already been tried and all have failed! The share price remains at .0001, which is exactly where the share price has been for 5 years, since 2014!
