Yes, something is up but it's not the share price over the last several years. The company has had to do 2 reverse splits in the last 2 years just to keep it's share price above $1 and it has lost over 50% of it's value from the last RS just a month or do ago. Every time it does an RS it completely destroys all shareholder value. How long before the next RS?
