After 10+ Years of Contracts Suspended, by the Laws the Contracts with its Rights Voided.
Therefore nobody need to void them anymore, because already Voided.

Only the Prefs Holders don't admit this, because Par Values or Dividends are effectively all gone, just disastrous Losses remain.
Latest when at IPO New Prefs To Buy get Issued instead to replace them, then they will need to face the reality !
