That, "toxic" loan is not that big of a deal.
And management is trying to make this go away. It is up to a judge this coming August, not management.

The reason this is at the current PPS is because this is a pink stock. The SEC really doesn't give much attention to what goes on with these securities. This is why getting off the pink sheets is so important.
