I'm reading our 8-k from 4-26-19 referencing NeoGenomic etc and can't help but think they need our patents. What do you think about that thought? The "prostate test" had the doctors treated patients NEO would have had to pay us referencing the prostate testing. They are not done with that as I see it.
As for the "silence" I'm just not feeling good about that? I see HDC management as limited.
re: Intel?...we don't see HDC stating "cease and desist"...anyways it was easy to do so with NEO because of the contract plus it had to be handled/resolved through arbitration means.
