Na, PMCB will acquire TF with Yuen providing the funding.

So far the progression has been:

TF buys a gene therapy company.

A TF employee is working on the side as a paid consultant to PMCB.

The CEO of TF wants to buy immuno, and gene therapy companies.

Thus, by some contorted logic PMCB is a immuno/gene therapy company. As in suddenly...overnight.

Therefore, why not loopy back, and propose PMCB should acquire TF. Yuen, and PMCB offering a few trillion shares ought to cover it.
