VPLM $.02 Let me go out on a limb and venture to say VPLM is not going sub-penny today! That will make 2358 days since VPLM was sub-penny and nearly 2358 days since the predictions of another voyage into sub-penny land commenced! THIS IS BULLETPROOF!

I do not think that management or shareholders have any idea of the time it will take to see any kind of response from "Europe". Folks, VPLM does not have the backbone, Imo, to successfully sue a large European company. Such an action will require extremely severe dilution above and beyond current dilution. Attorney costs will be prohibitive and will simply sink the company.

Let's not kid ourselves, this will not take months, it will take YEARS.

As mentioned before, and at the current pace, VPLM will be in the trips by this time next year or sooner, if current shareholders continue to divest at the current rate (See plunging accumulation line since early January).
