Why not?

I'm sure Geert knows the law, he is a lawyer, he surely has contacted the SEC and NYSE, too.

It might be something like a stop trading request by the company and a news release to follow; or that they have had a communication from the CRO that a completion of the trial has occurred (#298 or regulator communication).

The results would need to be verified first before the final results will be reported officially.
