Exactly my thoughts, HMPQ agreed to terms does not mean a contract has been signed or the other company has agreed to purchase anything. I remember not too long ago there was an LOI signed and HMPQ was supposed to supply product worth 2 million $. What happened to that? This is an easy 20%. Buy in under .009 and sell on any bs PR.
