Yes that is very exciting news and it will be very bullish if it plays out as expected. note the projected $23m is over a 12 month period.

this does not include what Irie or other subs should bring in, and, does not include the HUGE reduction in debt on books + elimination of large monthly cash outflow by dropping the spain farm.
