Agree. The CEO will need to be more transparent about share structure in the near future for uplisting to occur. I am wondering if he is waiting for the August resolution of the law suit or some type of negotiation with the early stage investor Vacarro.

ALL THAT IS NEEDED TO KNOW AS TO WHAT'S GOING ON IS THE FOLLOWING, UNABATED TOTAL DILUTION, DEBT HOLDERS SELLING AS FAST AS THEY CAN, SHORTS CONTINUING TO USE POTN AS A MONEY TREE AND MMs KEEPING THE SCAM FLOWING.

ANYONE WHO BELIEVES DIFFERENTLY ARE JUST FOOLING THEMSELVES, POTN IS GOING NOWHERE EVEN WITH UP LISTING SHOULD THAT OCCUR, I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THAT THE CEO AND COMPANY RELEASES AS NEWS.
