Correct, that coupled with flippers will cripple this one unless something significant is strong enough to move this through that.

Kind of like DR*S a while back. Everyone knew the company was dumping shares, but some of there PRs were strong enough to power through.

That's what they said last week when this had 1.6 billion in 2 days. Turns out it was retail panic. Dilution was less than 200k. The faster they get the necessary fund, the faster a definitive agreement can be signed.
