ss9173, I mean M.C. comes to Neom as a New COO. from 12S. Actually, if Neom has been funded with some VC or other resources(may be SBB loan if possible, private placement, etc.), a lot of issues could be solved way before C. May be C.F. and others are a little more conservative at that time and still looking for the way to put their GEM into the market. Then when Matin C. came well equipped with all need-to-know in MM., C.F., C.J. and the board of directors start to wake up and pursue their plans.
If C.F. and the board of directors are willing to share with their patents, everything should be "Fine" right now. Well sometimes that's what you will get invloved when running a business esp. with the patents issues. Since we get into a co. with patents, named a few cos. like this: PTSC, IDCC, AMPX, I am sure there are a tons of other cos. like this. Some of these cos. are exactly the same as Neom when they were still infants, esp. IDCC, when they tried to fight with QCOM when they were traded only betwn. $2-$4 range.(w/Less O/S), their situation was exactly the same as Neom right now(excluded O/S issue.). So, Dr.Mike, don't worry, Just have a little more faith and patience. Good things will come.
Just think about all the possibilites Neom will bring in the coming year, someone whoever agree/against (always with "MOTIVE") will be relax/regret.....PICK YOUR CHOICE.(Don't forget there is always "RISK".)
