If the SEC investigation has been completed - that would certainly be a material event and OWCP would be required to file an 8-K within 4 business days.

OWCP hasn't filed an 8-K to announce the SEC investigation has been completed.

Those are cold hard facts - not pinkyland wishful thinking.
