I would have loved selling 64mm shares at .0002. seriously, 20bn more shares? seriously, seriously? seriously? is that to buy the current shares? I am so confused. Did I just see what I saw in that attachment? it takes a quorum to get it through. since we collectively own about 10% outstanding.... we could block it, take over the company, straighten it out and sell it to charlottes web for 5 cents a share.
