So I guess when shareholders of JP Morgan want updates they have to call Jamie Dimon. All public corporations have an obligation to provide their shareholders with timely and effective communication. Where is the SEC rule that says if you want an update call the CEO. Give me a break.

That was last August 21st. No merger happened. Obviously speaking to Josh Alper --on the phone, via email, face to face or by MJ smoke signals-- is pointless.

BLDV has been well informed for events and future events. Don’t listen to certain people bc they actually don’t contact the CEO. If they want an update then just call.
