we do- yes. and if the only 'bear points' that can be whipped up are some shares adding to OS, well that's not a whole lot of ammo. overall the share structure is very tame and the reasons for any additions, such as preferred conversions to commons, are legit actions. many of these shares will still be restricted for some time.
