Two people got responses from ballas yday via email..Look back to yday’s chat. But the responses were canned responses. They just indicated the company still does exist even though a response doesn’t validate that. I guess it validates James jimmy unless that is auto update too or someone doing it for him.
Put your 60-100mm shares out on the offer at market and see if it goes no bid. That way we can end our misery. I have written off my 73mm shares and hope to get something back or pennies/1000 on the dollars once and IF the SEC picks up this case. If u sell now, u at least don’t have wait on government agencies to get your crumbs back
