Its a little high, but if they manage to sell the company at 1 dollar per share plus, they deserve every penny.... Its no small feat to go 8-0 at the PTAB... think about it, if we won that first alice decision we would probably be trading at 1$ right now after this PTAB news.

How about we handle these "greedy" bonuses: Over the last number of years, VPLM(VPLM team) have produced 25/26 patents around the World, have increased market cap from $lowmm, in the missy kipping years, to about $40mm, even in current depressed PPS state! They have an 8-0 PTAB record, are fighting a number of bigs on two different fronts and are about to commence EU troubles for the bigs! During this run, there have been runs to $.32, to $.32 and to $.45, giving those who cared to, ample opportunity to exit VPLM. As I think of most of the anti-VPLM arguments, the "bonus issue" just doesn't fly! Retention...retention...retention!
