No; It PREVENTS delist as it moves the px above $1.00.

Generally it never works and the stock fall shortly thereafter. When it does work, it's preceded by important news of a positive nature.
The question is; Is there news that either will prevent a R/S or is there positive news ahead of it that would support it.
