I'm going to answer the question since nobody seems to figure it out.
I wouldnt have believed that email IF MARK DIDNT SAY THIS.

THAT SIMPLY MEANS WE ARE HOPING THAT FINANCIALS WILL CONTINUE IN THE SECOND QUARTER ONCE RRBB GETS THE REST OF THE INFO WE HAVEN'T GIVEN THEM YET.
IT'S THAT SIMPLE.
If Mark didn't state that then I myself wouldn't have believed the email either. Btw people watch for the 500 share buys today. That answers alot of questions as well.
