Bio...that sounds really good to me. Mr. Judd watching over things seems very serious...

We’re looking at at least 2 months before ind. 30 days to encapsulate, grow cells... and another 30 for QC testing

In another words another countdown as was experienced with the 15-Jan PR pump is being projected?

Only problem is the 15-Jan PR pump had Kenny watching the cells growing. By definition at least day 12 of the process. Now go back and look at the 03-Jun PR pump...

It's "underway" - as in raw materials being shipped into the AN lab? What exactly does the word "underway" mean? Then we have:

Mr. Waggoner and Mr. Judd will observe the culturing

Where in the PR does it state Kenny and his new pal have arrived, and are actually onsite. As in already observing the culturing? Earlier we have the phrase:

Chief Executive Officer, Kenneth L. Waggoner, and PharmaCyte’s consultant cellular biologist, David Judd, will be on site

You don't say "will be" if you are already there.

So are they going to arrive on site tomorrow, or whenever? There's no reason any Jan like countdown should have already began.

Finally we have the biggy:

this time two manufacturing runs will be performed in a staggered fashion

Compare to the 18-Sep-18 PR pump:

The decision to regard the run as an engineering run before the final production run

Note the latest Jun PR pump says "manufacturing" not "production". Either Kenny has changed his terminology again, or these two staggered manufacturing runs are not the final production run. And why suddenly do you need two manufacturing runs in order to equal "one" final production run?

If one wants to believes these two staggered manufacturing runs constitutes 1 production run, then there's still no timeline. No evidence the first has started. Instead of a 28 day cycle back in Jan, one now has a 22 day cycle. So do they start the 2nd run 22 days later than the current undefined start of the 1st? Wait another 30 days for the QC, before starting the 2nd run? Longer than that?

IMO, your 2 months could easily become a scenario where it takes months just to make the 1st run. Possibly by August the 2nd run is occurring. Then months later Kenny announces they are performing some more cell tweaking. Due to something not quite "perfect". In any case Kenny will make it a countdown to nothing.

PPS at 10 cents prior to IND

He'll need some spiffy paid promos. Because currently there is retail investor exhaustion, having gulped down 1.2B+ shares already. Kenny needs new retail investors, and whether enough show up to support a 0.01 gain is problematic. Any spike beyond that will be short lived, as insiders dump into it.

I will say I have no faith in this management to do that

I have faith Kenny will continue to do as he has in the past. Keep recycling PR pumps.
