The assets of AXXA including the so called intangibles and goodwill are only in the eye of the beholder. In this case its Nazmiev who is the CEO and the one responsible for the documents. My opinion the financials arent even worth the paper they are printed on. There would be more credence to this companies claims if they produced actual documentation with signatures for anything they are claiming to be a part of.
