No.. none of us traders/investors will lose a single share. Certain shares that are not in circulation(free trading shares) are cancelled. Only affect it has on us investors is that it makes every share you own now way more valuable. Because there are less total shares out there.
please read the stickies, the company o/s is being reduced by 99% because of shares issued illegally in the past ... new o/s will be near 167 million, plan to reduce the a/s in the near future, nothing will happen to the shares you own but the market will correct itself accordingly ..
No, outstanding shares! The only ones that will lose shares are the original investors of puro who acquired them illegally. If your shares are effected, then they have to buy them from you.
