Dilution- easy to find/validate

Fabricated deals- easy to verify. The CEO has claimed deals with literally hundreds of dealerships and our product is not for sale at a single dealership. First PL company doesn’t exist, Sifthouse doesn’t exist.

Falsified revenue- the product is not for sale, there are 4 reviews of the product in the App Store- but somehow the ceo claims $5m in revenue = fabricated revenue.

Drunken tweets- just go to the ONCI twitter page and scroll through. You’ll see where he threatens investors, tries to dox those those that question his lies, and misspells basic words and even his own website (see giftcardexcange.com)
