LOL... more FUD.. When a company has a corporate authorization of 750MM shares and has issued 550MM of those shares...and of those 550MM shares has only (approximately) 230MM in the float...

....it is IMPOSSIBLE "to have 1.5 Billion shares outstanding and about to dilute 750MM (additional shares)"
