They have already been spending money on disclosures. Additionally, the fact that they doubled the amount of authorized shared makes me feel that they will fund the operations moving forward with existing shares instead of doing a split.
Honestly, they will make more money if they make better moves. The share price popped and went back down earlier in the year. If they were selling shares at .0002 they could have bought twice as many back at .0001
Now if they become current and release news of CBD infused vitaminfizz and also state that they bought back and will discontinue shares then this would fly. It would only cost them the money that they made selling .0002s earlier in the year and it would end up gaining them access to more capital in the long run.
